The CX9010-0101 embedded PC is manufactured by Beckhoff. The model is a compact and powerful control system designed for industrial automation applications. It operates efficiently with the TwinCAT software. This embedded PC is ideal for use in small to medium sized automation tasks particularly in environments requiring a robust and reliable computing solution.
The model includes a 500 Vrms dielectric strength, E-bus connectivity for EtherCAT Terminals and 128 kByte NOVRAM for secure data retention. The CX9010 series PC operates within a temperature range of 0 °C to + 50 °C and can withstand storage temperatures from – 25 °C to + 85 °C. It complies with EMC and vibration standards. The model’s power requirements are 24 VDC with a tolerance of – 15 % to + 20 % and it supports a maximum power loss of 6.5 W. The model has dimensions of 59 mm x 100 mm x 91 mm and a weight of approximately 250 g. The unit offers a compact and space saving design. The unit is rated at IP 20 suitable for protected environments with minimal exposure to dust and water.
The CX9010-0101 embedded PC features an Intel IXP420 processor with XScale Technology running at a 533 MHz clock rate. It is equipped with 32 MB of internal flash memory and 128 MB of RAM. Connectivity includes two RJ45 interfaces with a 10/100 Mbit internal switch suitable for LAN and EtherCAT Terminal connections. Diagnostic LEDs provide essential status information such as system mode and LAN activity. The device runs on Microsoft Windows CE which supports the TwinCAT-CE-PLC-Runtime or TwinCAT-CE-NC-PTP-Runtime control software. The model’s internal battery backed clock maintains accurate time even during power interruptions.
