The model CX9001-1101 runs on an Intel® IXP420 processor with XScale® technology offering a clock rate of 266 MHz. It has 16 MB of internal flash memory expandable up to 32 MB and 64 MB of internal RAM expandable to 128 MB. The device includes two RJ45 interfaces with an internal switch supporting 10/100 MBit for network connectivity. Additional I/O connection is supported by K-bus terminals for bus terminals.

The CX9001-1101 Embedded PC is designed to operate under Microsoft Windows CE and comes preloaded with TwinCAT-CE-PLC-Runtime or TwinCAT-CE-NC-PTP-Runtime for reliable automation control. It adheres to the IP20 protection class and includes diagnostic LEDs for Power, LAN, K-Bus and Flash access. The model can operate in temperatures ranging from 0 °C to + 50 °C with a storage temperature range of – 25 °C to + 85 °C. It has a power requirement of 24 V DC with an allowance of –15%/+20% variation and a maximum power loss of 6 W. The device supports a relative humidity of up to 95 % without condensation and it complies with vibration and shock resistance standards EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27/29.

This CX9001-1101 embedded PC is designed to be compact with dimensions of 59 mm x 100 mm x 91 mm and weighs approximately 250 g. The model has LED indicators that display system status: PWR LED shows operating mode, LAN 1 and LAN 2 LEDs indicate network activity, L/A LED reflects E-bus activity and the HDD LED indicates CF card access. It requires a Class 2 compliant power supply and its dielectric strength is rated at 500 V RMS for internal electronics. This model integrates seamlessly with Beckhoff’s bus terminals and provides robust control for industrial automation applications.
