The CX5230 series embedded PC is powered by an Intel Atom® x5-E3930 dual-core processor which runs at a clock speed of 1.3 GHz and delivers reliable performance for industrial automation tasks. It has a built in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that provides a 1-second buffer in case of power loss ensuring critical processes continue seamlessly. The system also includes 1 MB of memory on the CFast card that is designed to preserve essential data and prevent corruption during sudden power interruptions. The embedded PC is equipped with 4 GB of DDR4 RAM in terms of memory that ensures smooth operation and efficient multitasking. It comes with an internal real time clock (RTC) that is backed by a battery to maintain accurate time and date settings. The clock's battery is user replaceable allowing for convenient maintenance without compromising system performance or requiring professional service. The unit operates using a 24 V DC power source and has an average power consumption of 16 watts. However, during periods when the UPS is under load, the power consumption can peak at up to 34 watts.
