The CPU supports a wide range of operating systems, including Windows Embedded Compact 7, Windows Embedded Standard 7 P, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise versions from 2016 LTSB to 2021 LTSC, and TwinCAT/BSD. It comes with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM, which is not able to upgrade.
