Beckhoff Embedded PC model CX1800-0411-0011 has been designed strictly keeping in mind the needs of industrial automation environments. Powered by a 32-bit Intel-based processor specifically optimized to deliver efficient, complex power automation processes and demanding real-time requirements.

The operating systems it supports are Windows CE and Embedded Windows-based. The PC uses a compact flash (CFast) card which is proven to be the most durable and reliable at keeping data, especially in industrial environments where equipment is usually handled in the worst conditions. It's delivered with 128 MB of onboard RAM and can be expanded for dealing with larger or more complex applications. Fast and reliable data communication required for industrial processes is enabled through an RJ45 Ethernet interface which provides network connectivity. The device is compatible with Beckhoff’s advanced (EtherCAT and K-Bus) modular I/O systems and automatically recognizes these systems to provide ease of integration and flexibility in configuring systems. An important feature is an integrated 1-second built-in UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) which allows the shortened term data preservation upon power interruption, protecting essential operational data. The PC is configured with diagnostic LEDs for power status, system activity, and I/O communications for ease of maintenance and monitoring. Targeted to provide reliable operation over a temperature range of -25 °C to +60 °C and up to 95% relative humidity (no condensation), the CX1800-0411-0011 is ready for deployment in virtually any industrial environment.

Due to its compact design, it is easily DIN rail mountable, allowing less space in control cabinets and making it possible to have orderly installations. The IP20 PC indicates its level of protection against dust and moisture exposed to specific environments. An RS232 serial port is included, allowing it to work with older devices. The system comes with expansion options like PROFIBUS, and CANopen modules, that give you other flexibility for any fieldbus requirement. It is powered by 24V DC input with electrical isolation, as the industry standard, and guarantees a safe and stable operation. This product is covered by a one-year warranty from Wake Industrial.
