The unit has a processor clock speed of 266 MHz and a memory of 128 MG which is suitable for conducting fast reacting activities that require the PLC runtime action. This unit works with windows XP embedded which is quite or almost considered as the different variation of an operating system which is more or less used in industry.

When it comes to graphical interface requirements, the CX1001-0011 has provisions for DVI and USB connectors. This makes it possible for the unit to work under many display and peripheral configurations. The machine supports integration of PC 104 Bus standard features for interconnection with other devices and has two 9 D sub pin connector for extra communication.
