The CP3216-0010 is a Panel PC designed for industrial automation task that necessitate strong control and computing capabilities. Beckhoff incorporates a 15.6-inch capacitive multi-finger touch screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The screen is housed in a metal case with an IP65-rated front panel for strong protection.

For the most demanding control and visualization task, the CP3216-0010 panel PC can accommodate up to 32 GB of DDR4 RAM. The system works with a 24 V DC power source that is between 22 and 30 V DC and has passive cooling with a heat sink and an internal fan. The PC may be stored on a 2½-inch hard drive, an SSD with a capacity of up to 320 GB. There is also an onboard SATA RAID 1 driver for backup data. Three Ethernet ports (two 100/1000BASE-T and one USB 3.0 with an IP65 cap) are built into the device. Up to six IP65 plugs can fit in the wiring area. EN 61000-6-2 for protection and EN 61000-6-4 for emissions make sure that EMC rules are followed. The temperature range for use is 0°C to +45°C, and the temperature range for keeping is -20°C to +65°C. The PC works with up to 95% relative humidity and can run Windows Embedded Standard 7 or Windows 10 IoT Enterprise.
