The CP7802-1067-1110 is a DVI-capable control panel manufactured by Beckhoff Industrial Company. It dedicates one of its sockets, specifically X 101, for the DVI connection. The digital visual interface (DVI) allows the control panel to display digital video signals received from other devices, such as an industrial PC. Aside from DVI, the CP7802-1067-1110 also supports USB connections on its X 103 interface. The X-102 interface, on the other hand, serves as the conduction port for the external power supply. All sockets and interfaces on the rear side of the CP7802-1067-1110 have a protection category of IP 67.

The CP7802-1067-1110’s casing, made mostly of light aluminum material, has a protection category of IP 65. The casing prevents the intrusion of weak liquids from entering while also providing a cover against dust and other particulates. As a compact control panel, the CP7802-1067-1110 can be mounted via its clamping lever inside a cabinet. The CP7802-1067-1110 has a length of 426 mm, a thickness of 28.5 mm, and a width of 395 mm. The display has a diagonal measurement of 15 inches with a resolution (in pixels) of 1024 x 768. The panel’s display is a fully-colored thin-film transistor display, which provides sharper image quality than LCD/LEDs.

With its additional USB interface, the CP7802-1067-1110 can optionally support peripherals such as a PC keyboard or mouse. Aside from the three sockets mentioned earlier, the CP7802-1067-1110 also has a dedicated electrode for grounding purposes on its rear side. The grounding electrode provides a pathway for electric current to exit the system in the event of a short circuit or fault. The nominal supply voltage for this control panel is 24 VDC, but some fluctuations are acceptable.
