The Beckhoff CP7232-0001 features a compact aluminum housing that features a 3½-inch Beckhoff motherboard, compatible with the latest generation of Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 processors. It is a high-performance control panel offering up to six IP 65 connectors strategically positioned within a spacious wiring compartment for connecting industrial PCs. This provides versatility in system setup and configuration to suit various application demands. The IP 65 rating of these connectors guarantees protection against dust and water ingress, making the panel suitable for use in demanding industrial environments.
The Beckhoff CP7232-0001 features dual-interface capability with two independent Ethernet interfaces. This makes it suited for use as a compact central processing unit in EtherCAT control systems. The panel ensures seamless communication and data transfer between multiple devices within the network, enhancing the overall performance and reliability of the system. Cooling is achieved through cooling ribs positioned between the control panel and the add-on PC. It also boasts two internal fans within the closed housing for even heat distribution, preventing overheating and maintaining system stability. This cooling design enables the PC to operate reliably at ambient temperatures of up to 45°C.
This panel is designed for mounting arm installation. It features an integrated rotatable mounting arm adapter designed for a 48 mm diameter mounting arm tube. This allows operators to easily adjust the panel’s orientation to suit their workspace needs. An optional rotatable and tiltable mounting arm adapter can be incorporated into the Panel PC to enable precise adjustments for optimal viewing angles. This unit is powered by a reliable 24 V power supply, ensuring consistent performance. An optional integrated uninterruptible power supply (UPS) can be used for backup power during outages or power fluctuations.
