The CP7001-1043-0010 control panel is designed for robust machine and plant engineering applications. This unit features a durable aluminum housing that offers a high level of protection and versatility. This makes it ideal for a range of demanding environments.

The CP7001 series panel is equipped with a 12 inch TFT display encased in an IP65 rated panel. This provides protection against dust and low pressure water jets. It can be customized based on user needs with an optional touch screen and PC keyboard. The control panel operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from 0 to 55 °C and has an atmospheric humidity tolerance of up to 95 % (non condensing). Vibration resistance is supported by the model meeting EN 60068-2-6 standards with sinusoidal vibration tolerance from 10 to 58 Hz at 0.035 mm and up to 500 Hz at 0.5 G. It withstands impacts up to 5 G (approximately 50 m/s²) for a duration of 30 ms following EN 60068-2-27/29 specifications. The panels mounting options include four threaded M6 screw holes on the back that allow secure installation. The control panel features dimensions of 353.8 mm (width) by 326.3 mm (height) with a thickness of 27.5 mm.

The CP7001-1043-0010 control panel meets EMC standards for interference resistance (EN 61000-6-2) and controlled emission levels (EN 61000-6-4). Power is supplied through a CP-Link connection that ensures compatibility and simplified installation. While the panel should be protected from explosive environments, it can withstand storage conditions between – 20 °C and + 65 °C maintaining structural integrity in diverse environments. Minor pixel errors may occur in the display of the panel but are within production standards and do not impact functionality.
