Product Description
The control panel CP7001-1007-0000 is designed for rigorous industrial environments in machinery and plant operations. Its sturdy construction combined with optional touch and keyboard capabilities that ensures seamless integration into complex systems.
The CP7001-1007-0000 control panel features a robust aluminum housing that protects its TFT display and optional touchscreen and keyboard. The control panel has a shock resistance level compliant with EN 60068-2-6 standards capable of handling sinusoidal vibrations from 10 to 58 Hz at 0.035 mm and higher frequencies up to 500 Hz with 0.5 G. Impact tolerance is rated at 5 G for a duration of 30 milliseconds meeting EN 60068-2-27/29 requirements. The panel is protected against dust and water ingress with an IP65 rating while its connector plug is rated IP54 that ensures durability in industrial settings. It receives stable power directly from the machine’s control system and operates via a CP-Link connection. The unit’s EMC compatibility is certified under EN 61000-6-2 for resistance to interference and EN 61000-6-4 for emission control that enhances operational stability in high frequency environments. The model must be operated exclusively with the accessories and attachments specified and recommended by the manufacturer. This includes any proprietary add ons, supplementary components or specialized tools designed to enhance performance, safety and compatibility with the device.
The CP7001 series panel requires careful handling to prevent mechanical damage from impacts and vibrations during transportation. In cold conditions, condensation prevention is crucial to avoid moisture damage; a 12 hour adjustment period to room temperature is recommended before activation. The control panel has obtained FCC Class A approval for both the USA and Canada confirming its adherence to regional radiated emission standards and its compatibility with commercial settings. However, it is unsuitable for explosive prone environments as emphasized in safety guidelines.
