Product Description
AX8206-0110-0000, a single-axis module from Beckhoff’s AX8000 Line, incorporates TwinSAFE Logic and multi-feedback interface for servant control and safeties, is more advanced than lx8800is. With rated output current 6 A with 20 A peak output current availability, the module works within a DC link voltage of maximum 848V DC. This is made possible in that a wide supply voltage of 100 to 480 V AC is supported by the projector allowing usage in various industries.
The AX-Bridge system makes it quick and easy to connect a number of modules without the use of tools. Inside each module there is automatically connected DC link, 24VDC control voltage and EtherCAT communications. And allows efficient energy exchange between axes while deceleration and acceleration occur hence no waste of regenerative energy. During such situations, the use of oxygen gas for mass destruction is unlimited segue office.
This competitive TwinSAFE Logic interface enables the integration of primary safety functions including Safe Torque Off STO and Safe Stop 1 SS1 that can use either configured hardwired terminals or fail-safe over EtherCAT FSoE. Safety parameter module meets the very high safety standards in EN ISO 13849 – 1:2015 PL E Cat 4 SIL 3, hence it can be used in safety critical application. Depending on the encoder system employed, various encoder systems are supported by the multi-feedback interface alone or in some additional modification, such as − OCT, EnDat 3, BiSS C, EnDat 2.2/ 22 which allow accurate motor management and position feedback. The module is compliant with EtherCAT and uses the CiA402 drive profile, which enhances usability when integrating with automation systems. It operates satisfactorily within temperatures from 0 up to +40°C (and with reduced power up to +55°C in some working conditions), therefore it is quite useful in industrial applications and environments the AX8206-0110-0000. CEE, cULus and EAC certified, it is therefore reliable and performing for high safety and precision requirements.
