This motor module are of the AT2050-0500 series, and are used for making rounded track sections in Beckhoff s eXtended Transport System XTS. Represented by these modules is a 180° arch with engineering’s signature clothoid geometry offering gradual transition and control in automation applications. The dimensions of each motor module are 500 mm in length, 306.7 mm in width, 39.1 mm in height, and weight of 4.1 kg. Of 48 V DC supply the motor give out rated output of 768 W with 16 A for all electrical components. Planners execute these oscillating structures using 12 modules per arch plunging into a 3-meter segment and powered with a single power supply.
