Beckhoff has a product XTS eXtended Transport System which includes AT2000-0250-0002 motor module, this particular motor module is mainly used for creating straight sections of the system track. This module is also equipped with straight profile so there is no drilling hole at the top hence providing clean and good-looking black line design. It is powered with 48V DC or 24V DC and has three size dimensions length of 250 mm, width of 39.1, height of 96 mm and total weight of 2.0 kg. This fan motor falls under XTS Motor Modules category and is designed for encasing with XTS framework with little support.

In daisy chain configurations of the AT2000-0250-0002 motor module, the number of motor modules has there is no limit on the number of motor units. These modules can be connected electronically by merely inserting them making the system easy to expand when there is a need. Appropriate mechanical interface permits the use of guide rails; and in instances where there are no holes in the upper profile option there is no dirt gather, and this means cleaning is easier.

The motor module is in compliance with both the CE and UL safety standards as well as the EMC immunity/emission standards defined in EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4, thus functioning without any aversion of disturbance. The module is also built to resist vibration and shock as per EN 60068-2-6, 60068-2-27, therefore the reliability of operation under hard conditions is provided. The AT2000-0250-0002 is able to produce high performance peak force rated between 100N to 210N depending on how it is configured, with a continuous force of 30N to 75N. The system is configured to operate at a maximum speed of 4m/s and a maximum acceleration of 10g while carrying a maximum load of 40 Kg.
