Product Description
The AT2000-0250 motor modules are multifunctional parts that construct straight segments of XTS Track for Beckhoff's eXtended Transport System (XTS) system. Each of these modules is intended for connecting wearables and cameras in order to create motion systems that are precise and scalable and can be easily assembled without user intervention for electrical connectors. Generally, every motor module has a length of 250 mm therefore system lengths are rather flexible. Further, the system extends to 249 mm and 233mm modules for members who wish to perfect the individual tracks. Because of the modularity, it is possible to connect twelve motor modules in a 3-meter-long segment to one power supply.
The motor modules are capable of being installed horizontally, vertically or angled from 1° to 179°, and may be manufactured in modules that accommodate odd configurations such as rectangular, square and circular and also bespoke shapes such as L,U,O,Z, or T shaped. The system is capable of supporting high dynamics with a maximum velocity of 4 m/s and maximum acceleration of 10 g and maximum payload capabilities for lower dynamics of up to 40 kg whereas higher load dynamics stresses stability of the system.
The performance of the mechanically attached AT2000 motor modules is represented by peak forces of 100 N to 210 N depending on their 5-pin, 7-pin or 10-pin configuration. The range of forces which are possible in straight sections is constant and equal in 30-75N for various modules. High speeds gearing allows for decently accurate positioning of < ±0.15mm at 1, 5 m/s, repeatability under < ±0.01mm and absolute accuracy < ±0.25 mm at straight modules.
