The AS2041-1H10 stepper motor is useful in applications and fields that require specific and controlled motion to be executed. This unit features a step angle of 1.8° while producing a 3.3 Nm retention torque making it usable in accurate and heavy works. The size of its NEMA34 (86 mm) flange allows users to fasten the motor on standard mounts and feedback is considerably accurate due to an embedded encoder that tracks up to 1024 pulses in a revolution. The motor accepts both 5 V DC and 24 V DC encoder thus convenient to work with various control systems. Also, due to the high dual IP54 rating of the motor, it can operate optimally even in industries where dust and water splashes abound.
The AS2041-1H10 stepper motor has an important size which is Sociometric features K with encoder 100 mm, X = 71.8 mm, and R = 86 mm NEMA34 flange. For power, it has an M12 high-power screw type connector which is quite effective in the connections made. Beckhoff vector control is applicable with the motor which helps achieve smooth and accurate functioning of Beckhoff automation systems. For mounting, the motor can be manufactured with or without a smooth shaft. Feather key provided mild grooves attached to the motor will provide ample support to most mechanical elements due to the prevailing application environment.
As regards the electric parameters, the motor is working with output circuitry of a push-pull type configuration and gives the voltage levels from 11 to 30 VDC. At no load, the motor draws a current of 45 mA (normal use), while this value can exponential upscale to about 150 mA if higher demands are found.
