The AS1060-1000 can be defined as a high torque stepper motor that is mainly suited for demanding systems. The device works comfortably with 24 48 V DC and has a holding torque of 5.00 Nm and a 5.0 A rated current. Its internal design has a resolution of 180 per step meaning 200 steps in full rotation and is apt for positioning. The connectivity is done with the help of an M12 cable and the rated temperature of the motor is between 0 and +40 degree Celsius. Possessing a CE mark and ensuring compliance with the sanitary and technical requirements of production.
Dimensions are as follows: A: 73 mm, B: 14 mm, D: 30 mm, K: 96.5 mm, L: 69.6 mm, M: 33 mm, O: 24 mm, R: 85.5 mm (NEMA34 flange dimensions). To ensure that the motor does not incur risk of injury and wear, it should be able to avoid heavy mechanical forces during knocking out and other activities.
