The AMI8123-3000-1J10 is a small, light, efficient three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor with help od the integrated servo drive which is very useful for working in factory automation environments. This motor has an operational range of nominal voltage between 24 and 48 volts direct current and a standstill torque 1.00 Nm and rated torque 0.99 Nm. It is capable of generating maximum torque of up to 2.38 Nm and with a rated speed of 3000 min⁻¹ and rated power of 0.311 kW. As for the rotor moment of inertia in the revolute motor there is 0.373 kgcm² meaning if rotational force is required for motor application precise motion is needed then it can be achieved in this motor, with this much inertia in it.
The motor is compliant to the CODESYS environment, including other drive profiles such as MDP (modular device profile) and DS402, thus it easensively pothers in different activities of automations. It also has a number of other safety features that include 2 Safe Torque Off and 1 Safe Stop feature which has been developed to satisfy even the highest safety requirements (EN61508-1-3:2010 (up to SIL3), IEC62061:2021 (up to SIL3), EN ISO13849-1:212 (up to Cat4, PL e), EN61800-5-2:012). The use of STO can be implemented on-site using TwinSAFE Logic or through FSoE.
M12 (l-coded) as well as M8 (screw type, a-coded) connectors are used for power and for communicating to the motor which suffices in industrial setting. The motor is capable of operation between +5 to +40°C which would render it usable for several sectors in industries.
