Product Description
AM8543–0E10–0000 – asynchronous, bipolar and forced cooling permanent magnet – excited three-phase synchronous motor suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications. The motor works with an input voltage in the range of 100 – 480 V AC whilst the maximum no load torque of 5.65 Nm and rated torque of 5.30 Nm are developed at a standstill jerk holding torque of 5.49 Nm on the shaft. The motor can be capable of 28.0 Nm torque output and rated speed of 2500 min⁻¹ while developing 1.39 kW power output. It has a standstill current of 2.90 A and a high current of 16.6 A with a torque constant of 1.94 Nm/A which makes sure it delivers plenty of torque despite the reliability.
The motor incorporates highly customizable feedback options such as resolvers and OCT (One Cable Technology) feedback units of 18, 24 and 19 bit resolutions. This customizability of feedback systems enhances the position control of the motor making it easy to integrate into complex automation systems. The motor does not warm excessively during operation as cooling is done by convection within the ambient temperature range of +5…+40 °C. The motor incorporates M23 speedtec® plug connection of electronic devices to avert possible disconnection of the electric connections.
The performance data provided, with the exception of the voltage constant, refers to an ambient temperature of 40°C and winding overtemperature of 100 K. These values can be varied within a tolerance of 10% +/- from the nominal values sated. Thermal limitations may lead to reduction of the power output by as much as twenty percent, if a gear unit which is mounted on the motor flange is fitted onto the motor itself. It is suggested not to use the entire output of the motor, if a gear unit is attached to the motor.
