Product Description
The AM8531-0F20-0000 is a high-performance three-phase synchronous motor that is permanently excited by a magnet and designed for difficult applications in the industry. Light in weight and finishing continuous operation, the rated output torque of the motor is 132…1.30 Nm and the starting one is 1.40 Nm. It can produce a maximum and 6.07Nm torques and operates at a rotation S. R of 9000 min⁻¹ and power output 1.23kw. The properties include shaft standstill current of 3.20 A and peak current of 17.6 A with value of static torque constant being 0.44Nm/A. This inertia of the rotor is 1.67kgcm2 making it possible to control accurately and attain high speed with supersonic ease in constraining situations.
This motor is outfitted with intelligent feedback options like a resolver, single-turn absolute encoder, and an OCT (One Cable Technology) featuring a resolution of 18 bits in both single-turn and multi-turn versions with an electronic name plate. Enhanced feedback systems also render the motor materials needs sophisticated motion control and hence feel right at home in complex automation arrangements. The active cooling method used is convections and with this, the motor's working ambient temperature ranges from +5oC to +40oC. The motor received positive feedback and the motor employs itec® plug technology for safe and effective electrical connections.
After making an installation please confirm that the assembly is done and the orientation is also okay particularly for the motor orientation. In particular, make sure that all couplings, gear units, pulleys and other drive components are properly inserted and locked avoiding any excessive radial and axial forces. Test all cables connected to the motor and wires connected to the servo terminal, checking for appropriate earth connections. Where the motor includes a holding brake, 24V DC should be obtained to guarantee that there is proper brake release.
