The Beckhoff AM3052-1H41-0000 is a high performance synchronous servomotor from the stellar AM Servo Motor Series. This motor is built for tough operational conditions and has a nominal voltage of 480 V AC, and is suitable for applications in industrial systems, robotics, tools, and transfer equipment. It has a rated power of 2.3 kW, and with a peak torque of 29.7 Nm, it has precisely the force and the accuracy needed for fine positioning.
The motor efficiency reaches a rated torque of 6.26 Nm, and the standstill torque is 8.48 Nm providing stability and maneuverability. It can run at a rated speed of 3500 min⁻¹, which makes it suitable for high speed applications. The power amplification of the AM3052-1H41-0000 is dissipated by convection cooling to ensure the module’s longevity under constant use.
Comprising high grade neodymium permanent magnets in the rotor assuring excellent dynamic performance with this servo motor. It employs a three phase winding in the stator, it is servo driven and has a brushless construction to ensure minimal maintenance and high efficiency. Commutation is performed electronically by servo drive and the winding temperature is sensed by temperature sensors and electrically isolated thermistor known as PTC. This is to guarantee safe and proper working of the plant.
For motor feedback, resolver, BiSS B, and EnDat 2.1, are used for position and speed feedback. Optional feedback systems may influence the motor length and cannot be modified beyond the initial design. However, the holding brake may also be built in as a feature into the motor, and this must be requested at the time of order.
The AM3052-1H41-0000 has anodized matt black color (RAL 9005), however, it is not solvent proof, thus should be treated gently. Specialist versions include a “Washdown” model which is coated with white FDA compliant epoxy for use in specific industries where sterility is paramount.
