Product Description
The Beckhoff AM3044-1E00-0000 is an innovative synchronous servomotor that belongs to the popular AM Servo Motor Series that delivers optimum control for highly challenging automation applications. This motor has a nominal voltage of 480 V AC and gives a stand still torque of 5.76 Nm and the rated torque is 4.80 Nm while the peak torque is 23.7 Nm. These torque values make it possible for the motor to support several applications of different nature such as holding positions during no load conditions and high surge power during the peak load occasion.
The motor has a rated speed of 2000 min⁻¹ which makes it suitable to operate under moderate speed high torque applications. With a rated power output of 1.01 kW, it is ideal for use in applications that require long term constant usage. This makes the AM3044-1E00-0000 suitable for use in industries that require its constant operation for example in manufacturing and automation industries. In order to avoid overheating, cooling is done through natural convection i.e has low thermal constant, an additional feature of the motor which does not require any other additional cooling system. The motor feedback has available variants like resolver, BiSS B, and EnDat 2.1 which are essential for precise and fast control essential in high accuracy applications.
The Beckhoff AM3044-1E00-0000 also complies with safety and quality requirements, expressing CE, cURus and EAC approvals. Obtaining these certifications guarantees that the motor is compliant with the international standards hence providing users with confidence in its reliable performance in different regions and areas of application. The motor also has an M23 connection method for ease of installation and can easily be connected to an existing system with much ease. In addition, the motor can run under an ambient temperature of +5°C to +40°C making it ideal in different temperatures. The rotor moment of inertia of 2.730 kgcm² enables the motor to provide smooth acceleration and deceleration. The torque characteristic of about 2.04 Nm/A means that the motor will have a linear output in torque for the current varying with different levels of efficiency in dynamic conditions.
